Your picture reminds me of the old days. When people actually swept their streets. In germany many still do that, normally on saturdays. I loved watching them do it, often you note that one storekeeper while sweeping strikes a conversation with another one. Very nice shot.

The contrast that attracts me is between the formal man, going about his mundane responsible day, and the two guys going about their less structured business.

I like the contrast in clothing - it goes from ultra nice to ultra casual. Also like the reflections in the windows. Great shot!

I like the way you captured this person sweeping. Part of the job. Must be a nice place if they pay that much attention to details like the sidewalk out front.
