Minkowski 1-8 (M 1-8, PN G210.3+01.9, PK 210+01.1) Planetary nebula in Monoceros. Taken Feb. 15, 17
and Feb. 19, 2023. Imaged with Starlight Xpress’ SX-825 camera and a Celestron EdgeHD 9.25 at f10,
on a Losmandy G11/Gemini mount. The H-alpha and OIII subframes were 10 minutes binned 1x1, while
the RGB subframes were 3 minutes binned 2x2, resulting in the following total exposures L:R:G:B =
(HA+OIII): (R+Ha):(G+OIII):(B+OIII) (min) = (240+210):(48+240):(48+210):(48+210). Captured with
Nebulosity, calibrated, sigma combined in Siril with other processing using PixInsight LE, Photoshop
CS5 and GIMP. North is up.
