NGC 7769, NGC 7770, & NGC 7771

NGC 7771 type SB(s)a (large galaxy at lower left), NGC 7769 type (R)SA(rs)b (large galaxy at upper
right), NGC 7770 type S0/a? (below NGC 7771), NGC 7771A (lower center) and PGC 214992 (upper
center). Taken over several nights in Sept. and Nov. 2012. Imaged with CCD Lab’s Q285M camera and a
Celestron EdgeHD 9.25 at f10, on a Losmandy G11/Gemini mount. The L subframes were 12 minutes binned
1x1, while the RGB subframes were 4 minutes binned 2x2 resulting in the following total exposures
L:R:G:B (min) = 624:56:56:56. Captured with Nebulosity, calibrated, sigma combined in Iris with other
processing using PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.

You really get a sense of the associated tidal features with the surrounding integrated flux nebulosity not visible!
