Sharpless 2-112 (Sh2-112) HII emission nebula in Cygnus. Taken July 24, 25 and 26, 2009. Imaged
with CCD Lab’s Q285M and a C8N at f5 on a Losmandy G11/Gemini mount. The H-alpha exposures were
8 minutes while the RGB subframes were 4 minutes (all binned 1x1), resulting in the following total
exposures Ha:(R+Ha):G:B (min) = 256:(60+256):60:60. Color balance was achieved via numerically
scaled channels using a G type field star. Captured with Nebulosity, calibrated and sigma combined
in Iris with other processing using PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.
