The original file of this image is an 11 mp panorama. I'm trying to learn to edit images such as this in layers to reveal more dynamic range thoughout the image. Here, I adjusted the brightness and contrast separately above and below (using the histogram adjustment in Paint Shop Pro). I also adjusted the color balance to be cooler above and warmer below. I think my efforts improved the image somewhat. I'm learning. I think I may try this again by editing two or three versions for exposure and color in DPP (for 16 bit depth), then I'll blend them as layers in Paint Shop. The original, unedited image is next in this gallery.
