B&W from Canon 5D2 set to ISO 3200, but exposed for ISO 1 Million, with banding reduced by using banding mask created from the background. The darker areas are rendered a little brighter than necessary for normal tonal levels - this is an artifact of extreme ISOs, which need a gamma adjustment of less than 1.0 because of the brightening of shadows by noise.
