A quick shot taken at an event held at our church this evening for married couples. It's a series of presentations held quarterly at our church called "Married Life Live." It's an evening of socializing, entertainment with music and skits (tonight they were take offs from "Whose Line is it Anyway"..great stuff!) and a video teaching presentation about that night's theme. Also usually a dessert or food. Tonight we had a chocolate fountain!



The videos are recorded at the church which began this ministry. It's the church near Atlanta where Andy Stanley is the pastor. The presenter on the videos is Ted Lowe and he is amazingly good. There are 6 videos - each covering on of 6 "essentials" for a good healthy marriage. So far we've done: "Celebrate Differences", "Hurry Home", "Communication", & tonight's was "Nurture Romance." I highly recommend this series to any congregation looking for a marriage ministry.
