Setcases (El Ripollès)

Setcases was born more than 1,000 years ago in a high valley of the Pyrenees, next to the first sections of the Ter River, at 1,278 m altitude. Since ancient times, the riches of its surroundings have been visited by mountain and nature lovers.Setcases is a picturesque town, with carefully restored houses, streets and stone alleys that keep all the traditional flavor. This old rural center has become one of the most tourist spots in the region thanks to the proximity of the Vallter 2000 ski slopes, and the spectacular surroundings. A privileged natural and landscape environment, with a great offer, both gastronomic and hotel, within a rural and quiet environment.

I looked up this location on Google Earth. It does look pleasantly set in a high valley with forest and mountains especially to the west and north.
