There were some other pics of fly fishing like this. There was an old hand tie fly guy in the store behind the laundramat that Dad used to hang around with on occasion. I think he may be standing right next to the guy in the front. Only because he was short and thin - Wayne may remember him.

Could be a friend of Dad's as this looks like a similar scene to one that we have of Dad.
