People gathered for the celebrations of the 65th anniversary of Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. They surrounded the square with monument to the Ghetto Heroes and made a big chain.
At 1 P.M. the sirens and horns in the city went on. All those people were holding hands and making a ring of remembrance around the square where the Monument to Ghetto Heroes stands.
On this particular site, as the writing on the bilboard says, will rise the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, a modern educational center presenting a millenium of Jewish life in Poland.
