Eco Friendly

My daughter is in the group of young mothers who, instead of disposable diapers, use cloth diapers for their children.
Cloth diapers are making a comeback. The wash-and-wear nappies are an eco-friendly and economical option for modern parents.
Cloth diapers are reusable and lower their carbon impact.
They give you the cost savings that can add up, especially if you use cloth diapers on multiple children.
Finaly, they don’t contain chemicals that can irritate babies' sensitive skin.
And today the cloth diapers aren't like they used to be. They are easy-to-use all-in-ones, colorful with adorable prints and lots of styles.

Good on these young Mums...I applaud them !! Nothing more satisfying than seeing your lovely white napkins hanging on the clothes line.

They are certainly more attractive than terry towelling nappies used to be!
A study has shown that the cost of washing them is quite considerable but obviously they do save on landfill.
My daughter uses them at home and uses biodegradable nappies when out and about.
(How biodegradable nappies can be is questionable.)
