Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) has replaced the Wien Südbahnhof terminus and was finished and became partly operational in December 2012.
It was officially opened on 10 October 2014, with many long-distance services to Berlin, Bucharest, Düsseldorf, Florence, Hamburg, Hanover, Köln, Krakow, Milan, München, Rome, Venice, Verona, Warsaw and Zürich.
