When I was young in Ontario, every spring we'd go carp fishing, they where huge, but never saw them cooked stuffed like that.

Yummy! love this!

OK - where are the bones? Did they remove the carp's insides and stuff the skin?
Pretty shot!

A beautiful shot, Jola...Carp ( introduced into Australia ) is considered a pest. It destroys river banks & as our rivers are lined with gumtrees, the roots become weakened & the trees die...however it is not consumed on the table since we have so many wonderful eating fish to choose from rather than it :)

I read the title as stuffed cap, and wondered why it was a fish.
That's a great image, really well done. Voted

Worthy of a fine food mag or book.

I'm afraid I would have trouble eating something that was looking at me, but I sure do like that beautiful tablecloth!

We usually throw the carp back. And, the head on the plate kinda is creepy to me but it does actually look pretty tasty if you cover his head up with your napkin. For some reason, if what I'm eating looks like it is looking at me I can't eat it. LOL! Beautiful presentation.

I've caught lots of carp .... but I've never tried eating it. This looks pretty tasty!
