I'm starting with a few photos taken in August, but with the plan to post them in this Food & Restaurants challenge.
It was taken at folk festival of culture, craft and food.
It is Polish traditional "KASZANKA" sausage - a blood sausage, made with pig's blood and buckwheat (kasha).
