This is what's written on this car. It is located at Castle Square, where crowds of inhabitants and tourists stroll every day.
On hot summer days people walking by can get a free cup of cold, fresh water from the abyssal well, served in plastic cups. The car will be there till the end of September, with new load of water every day.

Excellent idea! You only need to put your cup outside the front door and hold it up to the clouds here in the UK to get lots of fresh water :o((
