Nice tones. I notice that someone else has already said what I thought; that this was a scene from Europe. Of course, it'll be a loooong time before any of us get back to Europe...
I wouldn't have necessarily expected something so ancient in style in Rochester, which seemed to lean a lot more to "60's modern" in its day.
