Disappearing Rochester. The city has been demolishing abandoned properties leaving wide areas of empty spaces.

Strong documentary shot. Either leave the building or demolish them. Both negative choices. Meanwhile there are neighborhoods here where you can't touch a house under a million and they're not even along the ocean. "V"
