In their defence: they aren't fishing, swimming, or wading. They are not *on* the rocks, which are in the foreground. Granted , they may have had to cross the rocks to get to the shore, but they aren'y *on* them anymore. But it is also possible they found a way *around* the rocks (through the equivalent of a mountain pass, for example) to get to the shore.But in the final analysis, they're kids (at least 3/4 of them are) and trying to keep kids away from water is like fishing on a bicycle. :-) V
