The 9/11 Memorial Centre was the one place that I really wanted to visit - however, with all the Police presence, never seen so many police officers just standing about, police cars, fire engine, police sniffer dogs, security posts to go through, scanning everthing, I felt a bit disappointed that this was still not a peaceful area. I asked a police officer why there was so many officers here and he replied: "Well its 9/11" - was they expecting something else to happen here?
