Red White and Blue

I’m no great Royalist but I thought it appropriate this weekend to do the red white and blue thing.
Poor owld Lizzie has been stuck in the same dead end job for 60 years
With no chance of promotion and a senior management which changes every four or five years
Some of them would happily see her out of a job altogether
They even took away the company yacht, but does she complain?
Dunno, actually ….

Nice find and lighting!
I suppose there are worse things than having a job for life these days.
But it's the constantly being in the media spotlight, and having to be
nice to people all day long, that would get me. :-)

Clever take on the royal fever showing that even nature is coming together this weekend. That spotlight on the wild garlick is great.

At least she lets us walk the pastures in peace with our cameras, we should be so gratefull...
Zak04-Jun-2012 17:17
and the worse is still to come for her, she has to put up with a load of noise outside her bedroom window tonight!
chris morton04-Jun-2012 16:41
I'll settle for the obvious smell of garlic and great forest floor atmosphere
laine04-Jun-2012 15:50
But boy, can she draw a crowd. She must have been doing something right....actually I don't think she's ever done anything that wasn't. Am I a royalist...you betcha!!

Such a lovely image - I can smell the garlic from here! It is garlic, isn't it?

Mirrabile visu is better than horribile visu...and she has had her share. Go girl...Victoria did!! Nice tribute to someone who endures.
