Clean out all the gunk and old grease from the BB shell really well. Then regrease really well with something good like Park PolyLube, it's like $5 bucks a tube.

The factory installed BB was seized into the BB shell, so I had to clamp the BB tool on a vice and use the frame as a lever.
It made a really loud noise when it finally opened loose. Again, grease well!
