... says the Forest Service sign. The Ouray Trail Group is trying to get the F.S. to allow them to build this part of the perimeter trial themselves, but the F.S. is balking. They want to take a couple years to get around to it. In the meantime, this is one of the most magnificent (if primitive) trails in the region.
