In my opinion the Tmax is the best handling twist and go scooter built to date. This is the carburettor version and the first of two that I owned. The engine is a parallel twin with the cylinders laid flat facing forward and mounted to the frame. Final drive is chain and the DAF type variomatic transmission links the engine to the final drive.
