In 1957 on the way to photograph a Bristol Fighter restored by RAF appreontices, the Rapide I was travelling in developed a vibration in the Starboard engine. It was found to be an ignition problem caused by the ignition system being re-fitted 90 degrees out after servicing at Elstree. Jimmy Lovegrove, the pilot, is on the left of the picture
