Guest Viewer's Comment: On the far right is Mike Smith of the High Wycombe club. Normally Mike flew for Dick Edmonds, but in 1960 he flew for Dave Balch of the Hayes club (3rd from right) using works tuned Mk2 Rivers Silver Streaks. At Ramsgate in 1960 I think Streaks took the first 3 places. Mike and Dave flew at the 1960 World Champs in Hungary and came 15th in FAI T/R. They also broke the UK FAI T/R record at 4:39 using the Streak at the South Coast gala at Tangmere that year. The model is one of Dave Balch's FAI T/R's I believe. (Might be wrong).
