Texel (West Frysian Islands)

Nature Reserve "Wagejot" was constructed during the dyke reinforcement in 1977 and is now indispensable for the birds. From April to June many bird species come here to breed. Various birds can be spotted here: avocets, oystercatchers,common terns and others..
