The rocks on the northern tip of Devon near Hartland Point make for dramatic photos.
This part of the coast is very hazardous for boats - the area is littered with wrecks
- and it is amazing to see that there used to be a working harbour here at Hartland Quay.
If you're in the area and it's a fine day it is well worth making time to visit here and take a look.
You can drive all the way down the steep narrow road
to the small car park by the hotel at the bottom, but stop
in the big grassy car park half way down to take a
look around first.
