The West Ockment Valley from the top of Meldon Dam. You can walk or cycle along the trail or,
in the tourist season, take a train from Okehampton Station to the edge of the Meldon Viaduct. Fantastic scenery to see in all directions
and also the restored trestle viaduct which now - instead of trains - takes
the cycle route on further to Lydford.
They have provided an old railway car with refreshment facilities there too.
