Taken the next day to record stats: 239 km ridden in ~14 hours, 1771 metres climbed (the GPS added a metre overnight). For imperialists that 149 miles and about 5800 feet. Nae bad for an old bugger of 75 even if I did use a motor - it doesn't push if you don't.
