Ambrosio Balance

Oops.

No, I wasn't on the bike when it happened: the wheels have been hanging up in the workshop for >10 years. They were fine at the time.

Je n'étais pas sur le vélo : les roues sont accrochées dans l'atélier depuis plus de 12 ans. D'autres trous de rayon sont fissurés aussi. Pas d'oeuillets, profil en V: à éviter.

Sony Cyber-shot RX100
1/30s f/1.8 at 10.4mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Would be very dangerous to use...

I'd recommend using a different wheel for next year's Tour de France. . . .

Wow, I am glad that you didn't use them! Looks bad! So they deteriorate a lot just sitting?

Uh, oh! Good thing you found it in your workshop instead of on-the-road! Nice shot too.

That's not good. Were the spokes over tightened?

I think you have a bit of metal fatigue there! Were they well used?
