Brawn (head cheese) for starters, followed by a choice of roast pork with cream sauce, spuds thinly
sliced, layered with cream and garlic and baked in the oven or cold sliced meat; for desert meringue,
ice cream and possibly cake layered in a mould and frozen, should be served with whipped cream.
We had coffee and Perrier then went home for lunch.
The coffee I make to pour over ice cream is better than the one they serve to drink.
