It has become our tradition to take whatever turkey we have left after a feast and make it into gumbo. This is a good idea since left over turkey is a pain in the butt. Ginny is a master gumbo cook. Today she made 3 gallons of gumbo. We threw in the left over gravy and stuffing as well. This stuff is great.
