We went down to Brooks, Oregon, today for the Antique Powerland Museum Steam-Up. It was a lot of fun. There were hundreds of machines running from tiny one lung gas engines to huge steam tractors and Catepillar bulldozers. Here is some more information: http://www.antiquepowerland.com/ They had a parade of machines, and this one caught my interest. You will notice a little Union Jack on the front. It is called a Field Marshall and was built in England. It was the only non-US machine I saw.

Look at the US machines, they will say 'built in China'

The last time I heard the term "one lung engine" was back in 1960 when I was riding this one.http://www.pbase.com/john_cooper/image/46195637

It would be interesting to learn how that machine got to the States...
