Today the boys were harvesting grass seed. They are storing a bunch in the bins at the farm. I was watching it and decided to play with shutter speed. The top is 1/1600 and the bottom is 1/80. Flowing grass seed is just like flowing water. If I get chance this afternoon I think I will try again with faster and slower speeds. It is hard to see what you get using the camera display.

Let the harvest begin! The motion is better depicted at bottom, but I think the ideal motion would have been with a shutter speed between the two used here.
