They can deliver heavy machinery to an intoxicated person, but not liquor? Are FedEx personnel properly trained to administer field sobriety tests? I live in Texas, so I guess they can deliver it anywhere they want? This is a stupid label. If I were going to rob a FedEx truck, I would look for the purple labels, makes it easier.
