In a previous episode I was having trouble with Omega Satter, the manufacturer of the flash frame pictured here. Until today, I have had nothing from them so I decided to take the bull by the horns and called the president of the company. Of course, the president was out, but I did talk to her staff assistant, Tracey. Now this person was really wonderful. She listened to what I had to say and said she would help!!! Wow, I was stunned. She called back a while later and asked if I could email a photo of the part I needed. I sent her this one showing where the part goes since, of course, I didn't have the part I needed. She emailed back for my address and said she wouldhave the part sent free of charge. It is amazing how your view of a company can get turned around in just a few seconds when someone actually listens and helps. GOOD JOB TRACEY.
