Ginny got a nice new computer in July. She likes the HP All-in-One models because of the large screen. Her new one is 27 inches, three inches bigger than the old one. So what to do with the old one? We thought we could get a 50 dollar trade in at Best Buy, but that didn't work. Anyway, in order to get it ready to sell or trade, we had to clean it up. Turns out you can completely reset it from the settings. I did that then started it up to see what happened. Two things: (1) you cant start it without a Microsoft account (which we have) and (2) the reset literally wiped it clean. Since I logged into our Microsoft account, I reset it once more. Don't want to leave any kind of information on it.
