Yesterday during our usual Sunday grocery shopping trip to HEB they were sampling a oven cooked pork belly recipe that was really very good. So we bought some. The prep time was a little long for our Sunday routine, so we cooked them today. They are very tasty. We made two pounds which is a lot of food. They will be good snacks for the next week.
