This was one of those days that are frustrating. The trunk door on Ginny's vintage Lexus LS 400 wouldn't latch. I mucked around with the latch and it was pretty clear that something had broken inside it. I got to thinking about whether the trunk light would stay on if I put the trunk down and couldn't get it to latch. I grabbed my trusty iPhone and used a ten second delay resulting in the above photo. The light stays on. Good to know. Anyway, we took it to our trusty repairman and will see if he can fix it.
