It is Sunday. There was a Knights of Columbus breakfast and we got to see some friends that don't show up too often. I guess a good breakfast brings them out. As usual after church we went shopping. Ginny found some nice boneless pork chops on sale, so we got them for lunch today. I like finding a good protein deal then figuring out what to do with it on the way home. So today they were braised with an abundance of vegetables. Yum.
