My son Robert gave us two bottles of infused olive oil for Christmas. We decided to try them as hors d'oeuves today. We got a couple of breads and gave it a try. They were really good. We found the garlic infused oil was best with a plain Italian bread and the spicy Calabrian Pesto infused oil went with a butter and garlic ciabatta. Ginny is obviously enjoying the experience.
