My pork butt cooking endeavor worked out well. I spent a lot of time reading recipes, in particular cooking time and temperature. I settled on 16 hours at 250F. Well, it turned out that about 10 hours at that temperature was just about right. Differences in ovens and size of the butt probably have an effect on cooking time. Anyway, I made some nice slaw and baked beans to round the meal out. Ginny liked it, that is all that matters so the effort turned out to be a big win. I had my pulled pork on tortillas. Very good.
