Did some cooking today. Turned out very good. I try to follow a low carbohydrate diet so this kind of meal is a good one from that perspective. Although we have shelves full of cook books, I get most of my recipes on the internet. So today is was stuffed chicken thighs which turned out very tasty. The side was creamy broccoli and bacon. That was very good as well. For a roll I made some almond flour based bread which was terrible. I'll never make that stuff again. Two out of three ain't bad.
