Today it was The Huntington in Pasadena. One of your usual rich guy buys up as much valuable art, books and memorabilia as he can then sets up a foundation when he dies. This place is a library, art collection and botanical garden. It is very well done. I have to admit that three days in a row visiting art museums is taking a toll on me. The good news is that there are no more art museums in the near future. A major attraction is the themed botanical gardens. Ginny liked the Japanese, Chinese and desert gardens. By the time we got to the last one I was tuckered out. Also dehydrated. When we got back to the car we both drank two bottles of water on the drive to Thousand Oaks for our hotel. We had a very good dinner with Richard, Christiane, Andrew and Austin. When we got back to the hotel it was lights out very quickly.
We had a nice lunch at the Jade Court Café. Ginny ordered orange chicken which she enjoyed thoroughly.
