We spent half a day before heading home touring in Amman. As you might imagine, there are Roman ruins everywhere. Some are very well preserved like a theater that is still in use today. We walked around it and visited museums for a while. There was an interesting row of columns up front. They were only about 4 feet tall. Ginny posed with the columns to give a proper perspective.

Our trip back to Houston started at 11:00 pm (4:00 pm Houston time). We flew Lufthansa which is not very good, but it was the best at the time we booked. We ended up back at our house about 4:00 pm the next day. I have been jet lagged for days as I write this.
