We had a tour of the Citadel in Alexandria. It was interesting to me because it is the location of the Lighthouse of Alexandria which was finally totally destroyed by an earthquake in the 11th century. The structure has been rebuilt many times over the years. I lose interest in "rebuilt" structures. This photo is an artsy-fartsy attempt looking from the Citadel over the western harbor of Alexandria.
