I needed to get a leaky tire fixed as well as a rotation and balance. We like Discount Tire. Have been going there for a long time. As usual I headed out early so I could be near the head of the line. I pulled into the parking lot at 7:45. But wait, things were different. There was a lane to pull into where you snapped a photo of a QR code which took you to a log in page. After entering a few items, I was informed that I was #1 in line. That's what I am talking about!

In the past people would wait on the benches by the front door, which was fine. Today it would not be fine because it was 37F, 2C and I sure didn't want to sit on a bench under those conditions.

Being first in line, the techs got right with it at 8:00 sharp. I pulled out of the place headed for home at 8:22. Nice!
