The big adventure today was a photography tour of Kauai. From Kapa'a we traveled by van around the eastward part of the island as far as Hanalei Bay. It was very relaxed. The guide was a photographer which was a good thing. Most of what we photographed was along the shore which can be very scenic. I enjoyed the laid back pace and the lunch in Hanalei where we had some pork laulau which is stuff wrapped in edible taro leaves. Upon returning we decided to have a go at viewing Opaeka'a Falls which turned out to be less than exciting. With crappy light it was a poor photography target.
Today's photo is of the lighthouse on Kilauea Point. This was Ginny's shot.
