Today is Valentines Day. I like Valentines Day very much. It is a good time to ponder how bloody lucky I am to have found Ginny. We celebrated with an exchange of cards and goodies. The goodies usually have lots of chocolate in them. We also had a very nice lunch at Pappasitos. Our food was excellent, but way more than we could devour on the premises. So a couple of go-boxes were in order and we now have some excellent snacks in the refrigerator.
I did not take any photos today so I decided to get into the Way-Back machine and see what I could find. Back in 1985, my son Richard (then 4 years old) entered a valentine judging contest in the neighborhood. He won first prize which was fifty dollars. That was pretty cool. So today's photo is of our artistic son Richard who decided that it would be better off in the long run to study engineering rather than art. Good call, kid!
