Only a few miles from our house is the Armand Bayou Nature Center. It is one of the largest nature preserves in a major city. Richard and Christiane are birders and they love to get out and have a hike. Andrew and Austin like the same. So we did a couple miles hiking in the morning. By the time that was over and we had some lunch, the boys were ready for a long nap.

In the evening we went to the trivia contest at a local bar. They have good food, so we all had dinner and played trivia. Richard is very good at it and helped push us over the top for a win. That was satisfying, for sure. Next week we get free drinks and fish tacos.
